Prescriptions are valid for the duration specified on the prescription only and cannot be transferred to another pharmacy without our agreement.
Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely via our payment provider.
Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, you will always be informed of the price before completing your purchase.
In the event that a prescription is not approved following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Deliveries are made using a tracked, discreet postal service.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other third-party couriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering.
Medication must be stored correctly upon receipt. We accept no liability for damage caused by improper storage after delivery.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved. Contact us immediately by email or phone to request a cancellation and full refund.
Once a prescription has been approved and medication dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations or process refunds, in accordance with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, which exempt prescription medicines from standard consumer return rights.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the matter promptly.
Our services are not a substitute for your regular GP or primary care provider. We strongly recommend informing your GP of any medication prescribed through our service.
The information provided during your consultation is used solely for clinical decision-making. We do not provide general medical advice. If you experience a medical emergency or serious side effects, contact 999 or 111 immediately.
Weight loss medications carry risks and are intended for use alongside lifestyle changes. Results vary between individuals. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes.
Your personal and medical data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Your data is never sold to third parties.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
